How do I scale, measure and convert this recipe?

All four cases share the same flour, hydration and salt inputs, so you can switch between them without re-entering anything. Start with a straight yeasted dough.

How much do I need to buy for the bar?

The format changes how much people drink more than the guest count does. A cocktail party with no seated meal runs about 35% ahead of a casual BBQ with the same guests and the same hours.

How much food do I need for my guests?

The per-person rate changes completely with the dish. Start with the grill — it is the most common — or switch to yours. Guest count, appetite and side dishes carry over between cases.
